what is a subbed modem as i only have this modem

the signal is very strong here i get internet with my modem that i get internet for but this modded modem just bkinks receiving all the time

OK this is whats happening with the modem now it starts up and has power,rec,sending solid green and the online stay blinking for a minute then the modem restarts it does this all the time what can be the problem

i'll guess the frequency is not set in your haxorware mode or it's set to euro-docsis
