TWC RCA DCM425 - down

Ive been reading around this forum trying to find an answer to my question and haven't really found one yet.

Basically, got home one day and my Internet was down. I have the RCA 425 modem and realized it had haxorware loaded. I personally didn't do any of the hacking as a friend of a friend did this whole Internet installation.

Has TWC shut the Internet down? And is there anything I can do on my part to get it to work again?

Btw, on my modem the Internet and PC link stay lit while the cable link and message light just blink.

Pay for internet. No twc had not shut it down, and you may subscribe to twc and get the certs and put them on your rca

so essentially haxorware is to uncap speeds on specific modems?

Haxorware isnt for "uncapping" speeds...Its a GUI for the modems firmware
