scientific atlanta dpc2100 question

ok, I'm new to all this model. I used to have an sb4200.

I got the dpc2100 about a month and a half ago, and all of a sudden it stopped working. I'm very unfamiliar with HAXORWARE. never used it before. so I'm not even sure where to begin.

my status overview pauses at "upstream ranging" it says Inprogress but just stays there.

please help out. I'm welcoming any suggestions.

if it helps, it's haxorware version 1.1 revision 39.
