my Webstar 2100 have problem

I just got modem from http://www.theoryshare.com the modem can not save frequency. When change and press save modem restart and all number I type in change back to 0.
Thanks in advanced I really need this fixed ,may somebody tell me how to do it Please.

you could try changing it via the telnet interface but the one time i had this happen i just uploaded a working nonvol to save me the trouble
