255 modem problem 3 lights

hi my modm got the three lights on ive removed cable an tried connecting to haxoware but wont let me my modem has got connected on bottom right screen but still no haxoware any help it the enet send recv lights that are on constant reply thanks

1 have you tryed setting a static ip
2 can you access via telnet 3 reflash
