When I run this program it scans through IPs but after a minute it stops working. It gets stuck on an IP and no longer scans. Anyone know why this happens?

Check the Misc Utilities section at SBH. There you will find many revisions of this program as well as it's creator dw5304, he still updates it. But if scanning is dead in your area like it is in mine, it might not do you much good.
