You must open the cmd terminal as an administrator hahaha that is a windows problem.
In the same way that the oid is wrong, it will only show you the bpi chain on the walk.
snmpwalk -v2c -c "community" "ip" 1.3.6.1.4.1.4413.2.99.1.1.2.4.1.1.1.8.1651534112> c:\bpi.txt
