Question about Chinese internet for 300 bucks - popk3866 - 31-12-2019
In New York, there are lots of Chinese guys selling internet for a one time fee of 300-350 bucks. My friend told me they would just come to your apartment with a premod modem and plug it in and that's it you get the free internet. I am a newbie, I want to know how is it that they are able to do it?

One way would be for them to install a modem with a paid subscription that will expire very shortly......
