Lights problem - Jackfrost - 10-01-2019
Got a 5100 test modem that goes online for like 3 minutes then online light goes to flashing for 30 seconds then reconnects and just keeps cycling like that any ideals flash chip

can you log into the modem?
what software is it running?
there's probably a tab with logs.

think its sigma sync timing synchronization failure failed to adquare qam/qpsk symbol timing
next error sync timing failed to adquare fec framing ..
then everytime it goes out it repeats saying that
