Arris 6141 Modem Help - Gallegos1982 - 29-04-2018
Hello,
I have a modem flashed with ForceWare. When plugging up and connecting to my coax cable I cant get it to connect to the internet. Is there anything I need to do to get it to connect up? MY ISP is Spectrum TWC in Barstow CA.

1. first you need to enable "Online" in start mode.
2. Don't think that modems are "plug N Play" there's some settings (MAC) and probably files (certs) that need to be loaded to the modem before testing.

I have an already working sb6121 (paying) the 'certs' you're talking about, do I get it from the old modem and upload to the new modem (6141)?
