im pretty sure nobody is going to help you out with that but there is plenty to read on the forum which can help achieve what your looking for.

Why is everybody not sharing their secrets? Every body in this forum is telling you need to read 10,20,30 hours and I still can't get a dinosaur modem to work the sb5101, can't get online using the dsn settings after flashing it with the usbjtagnt. Anyone willing to share their secrets? Please.....
