Is anyone working on a firmaware to get around the clone detection currently hitting all over the uk, ive tried over 100 macs 20 of which i know to be worknin but now there all just going to operational but straight to isp activation page I'm going Bald with pulling my hair out now???

Hello everyone, long time reader, first time poster.
I think this is the problem I've been having. My modem is saying operational and I can go to any webpage I like, as though I'm 100% connected to the net, but when I try to use something which needs a constant connection (e.g xbox live, or online game. Even YouTube) I lose my connection within 3 minutes but my modem shows no signs of reconnecting / rebooting... It just stays as Operational. I think VM is toying with me! lol
This has been happening for the past 2 weeks. Had my modem 2 years this september and this has only just started happening.
