Modem Error - Need Help - DuckieTom - 11-02-2010
My roomate recently had his friend install internet service. The hardware are: Motorola Haxorware Modem Version 1.1 updated to Revision 39 and New Belkin N Wireless Router. The problem is everday around the same time (12-3PM) the internet gets disconnected for up to 5 hours. I tried hard resetting the modem and factor resetting the router but nothing seem to fix the problem.
The modem event log show these errors:
1970-01-01 03:06:30 Error D004.3 ToD request sent- No Response received
1970-01-01 03:06:30 Critical D003.0 DHCP WARNING - Non-critical field invalid in response.
1970-01-01 03:06:21 Critical R005.0 Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received - T3 time-out
1970-01-01 03:06:20 Critical R002.0 No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out (US 9)
1970-01-01 03:06:15 Critical T001.0 SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Failed to acquire QAM/QPSK symbol timing
1970-01-01 03:06:14 Critical T002.0 SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Failed to acquire FEC framing
Most of the time, I get these errors:
Critical T001.0 SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Failed to acquire QAM/QPSK symbol timing
Critical T002.0 SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Failed to acquire FEC framing

What does each of these errors mean? and how do I go about fixing these errors?

The Signals are not pretty good. Replace cables, use the correct Splitters..

haxorware 39 is not very stable anyway mate i would get the new version 38 off wizardmods if you are on it

i know a fair bit about haxorware im only tryna help people out as ive had rev 39 on quite a few modems and had problems with it so i put rev 38 on and didnt have any problems and still aint

i have no problem with anybody helping here (and to be honest it would very helpful to me as if anybody in real life ever says how do i telnet, i really do think i will kill them with my bear hands)
so dont take it to heart my problem was that you wrote the new version 38
which is not new or really different in anyway, i dont know to be honest i'll guess correct settings in non-vol
which everybody should have been useing anyway, and if they did any reading they should know this
