Edit: nvm ive figured it out. I set it up as mipsr and set the start as 0x80010000.
Is there any software to emulate the broadcom processor for debugging?

there are some mips cpu emulators, but no, none will actually be able to run the firmware (or even emulate all the peripherals) of the bcm3349
