speed crash after ISP update - newprogram - 14-04-2015

ISP Modem: CISCO DPQ2160
ISP Speed: 512KB
Haxorware Modem: SB5101E(Version 1.1 Revision 39)
Custom Speed: 20MB

Haxorware Setting:
Disable Firmware Upgrades:
Force Network Access
Tftp Enforce Bypass

Problem
My ISP recently updated its function. From 20MB download and upload rate, speed went down to 512KB and 2.7MB.

Does anyone know what changes my ISP made? How can I set my Haxorware Modem now?

stop forcing your modded config and take the one served by the tftp and see what your speed is
as in both the above logs your using/forcing the same config

I delete haxorware config file and custom file from file manager,"Disable Firmware Upgrades" and "Force Network Access" is turn on,but
the speed still save 512KB and 2.7MB,below is telnet log,

The speed is different
When i delete custom file,the speed went down 0.6MB and 0.22MB
When i use custom file,the speed is 0.75MB and 2.72MB

I think custom file is working,but i do not know why download speed is limit,what else can i do now?

He flashed a 51XX modem not the DPQ2160..
