How to sign firmware.bin and convert it to .p7b? What key(s) are needed?

Sign them with what,exactly? The ISP does that during the initial provisioning process if cvc is implemented and cloning that is essentially pointless (on my ISP,anyways) as it will be issued to the subscriber's node.

With manufacturer's key, of course.

you need to decompile the bin then recopile in .p7 format,not an easy task
