Forcing config files - ledjohnny - 16-01-2014 Hello all. I am testing an ISP that still allows spoofing MAC address and BPI is not required (I know it's ridiculous in 2014). I can spoof and get the speed of that modem's config. However, is there a way in which I can force my own modified config file? I'm familiar with using VultureWare. The modem will not get past IP Complete which is expected because of "Neg Or Bad Reg Rsp - Reinitialize MAC..." I'm quite sure even on this ISP forcing configs is gone. What do you guys think? -John RE: Forcing config files - neo_ - 16-01-2014 Research regarding CMTS MIC |
