Getting Back to Stock 5100 ONLINE Light Blinking - TCNisogotbusted - 19-06-2013 So about a year ago i was determind to figure this whole modding thing with a 5100 i bought at the thrift store. So i flashed it with sigma x 106 tried to figure all of it out and threw my hands in the air and gave up. So Now i have a paid subscription to comcast i flashed it to nosh 1.1.1.1 or whatever which i assume is stock. didn't flash the bootloader so does that matter because i called them up and my online light keeps blinking. i registered my mac with them and i am connected to the network so its not a physical issue. i have original files but old schwarkatz isnt reading my original dump. Its been a long time since i messed with this stuff so noob question. Or if i did end up using a CF which should i use. I will want to throttle my speeds eventually if its even possible Thanks in advance RE: Getting Back to Stock 5100 ONLINE Light Blinking - drewmerc - 19-06-2013 katz, try using toms anyways i'll guess your certs are fucked, i'd suggest you extract them from your original dump RE: Getting Back to Stock 5100 ONLINE Light Blinking - TCNisogotbusted - 22-06-2013 1970-01-01 00:01:34 3-Critical 0x0501BD64 SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Failed to acquire QAM/QPSK symbol timing 1970-01-01 00:01:28 3-Critical 0x0501BDC8 SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Failed to acquire FEC framing 1970-01-01 00:01:36 3-Critical 0x0501BE90 SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Failed to receive MAC SYNC frame within time-out period 1970-01-01 00:01:38 3-Critical 0x05110008 UCD invalid or channel unusable 1970-01-01 00:01:41 3-Critical 0x04E33948 No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out 1970-01-01 00:02:00 3-Critical 0x040D9964 DHCP FAILED - Discover sent, no offer received 1970-01-01 00:01:48 4-Error 0x040D9A93 ToD request sent- No Response received 1970-01-01 00:01:50 3-Critical 0x045A8148 TLV-11 - Illegal Set operation failed 1970-01-01 00:01:50 5-Warning 0x03EF8A1C Auth Reject - Permanent Authorization Failure 2013-06-18 20:30:44 3-Critical 0x0501BEF4 SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Loss of Sync 1970-01-01 00:01:39 7-Information 0x848E0006 T501.0 Acquired Downstream (573000000 Hz)........ Warning 0x03EF8A1C Auth Reject - Permanent Authorization Failure LOL I haven't seen that one since BPI+ became standard 3 years ago.. reflash the stock dump i know you don't have...lolol or get a new dump to play with. You will need to get another stock flash and reflash it then call CC and have them reprovision your new flash to your account. After that works out for you, Do not touch your newly subbed modem again until you know what you are doing. Go to the flea market and buy another cm to play with...
