Noob questions - Thenexus - 01-04-2013
First of all, I just wanted to thank you guys for all the information on this forum.
I have gained an interest in putting a custom firmware on my modem, I have a DCM425. I've taken a look over at http://www.haxorware.com/forums/thread-1135-page-1.html and I've bought a CP2102 and hooked it up. I'm to the point now where I am able to get the firmware on it, but it would be nice if I could get a question or two answered before I go through with this.
(I am a paying customer for a company being converted to TWC)
Will I have to do much to get everything in working order or does haxorware automatically configure settings?
Is it possible to modify dl/up speeds with haxorware?
If these questions are really stupid and they've already been answered please link me to the thread. (sorry for my ignorance)

Take this as positive advice. Forget using that DCM on TWC. Your 2 years too late to the party and any exploits are no longer posted or shared. Be smart and focus on learning coding or something else...
