SB5101 is not working - djcuartobate - 09-01-2013
I bought 4 modems and none of them are working after hurricane Sandy . I live in Williamsburg Brooklyn NY and the modem has haxoware 1.1 Rev 39 firmware now I changed the docsis to B+1.1 but it still not working . can anyone help please . O and I forgot to mention I tired them in queens and they do work over there.
