RX connects to TX and vice versa, the VCC is not needed
BTW serial connection is useless on SB5101 unless you have the noisy bootloader pre-flashed

What is a noisy bootloader ?

'noisy' bootloader is the opposite of 'silent' bootloader (which is what you are encountering)

) without usbjtag.I don't yet have the usbjtag ( I have ordered it, but will take 8-9 weeks as it is not available in my country).
