This connection right?tell me

RE: This connection right? USB-TTL - ricktendo - 17-03-2015

RX connects to TX and vice versa, the VCC is not needed

BTW serial connection is useless on SB5101 unless you have the noisy bootloader pre-flashed

In case English is not your first language.
"Please let me know" would be a nicer way of asking instead of "tell me" for next time.

I'm also trying to flash through USB TTL , but i'm getting an empty console (Attached image 1).
What is a noisy bootloader ?

sbhacker.net is down and it's very difficult to get updated information about the process

Information SB5101i
Stock

I have also orderd a blackcat usb, but i'm trying trough the serial method.

'noisy' bootloader is the opposite of 'silent' bootloader (which is what you are encountering)

RE: This connection right? USB-TTL - sunny13_8 - 09-04-2015

I have silent bootloader ?
So what to do next ?

Thanx for the instant reply Smile

Sacrifice a goat.

Or, flash a noisy bootloader.

How to flash the noisy bootloader ( sacrifice a goat Tongue ) without usbjtag.
I don't yet have the usbjtag ( I have ordered it, but will take 8-9 weeks as it is not available in my country).
Is it possible ?

Will any of these JTAG will work ??
