Hi guys, Ive been scaning some certs, and when i install them, the speed on the cert is not even close to the one on my connection speed, some times it does, but some hours later it turns to crappy mode. What can be happening? Thanks.

I jacked some certs off a private network and they're too damned slow!!! WTF?
