Hi I have two modem in my house. One I paid for it with TWC ,and the other is a clone sb5101. My problem is the clone modem has very slow speed ,is running at 115k and I dont understand why.It should be running at 20mb. Can someone help me to fix this problem please. I hope to hear from someone soon.

Your isp is giving you a hint...they know you're a clone and instead of putting any effort into dealing with you they served you a near- dial up speed QOS profile which is SOP for dealing with TOS(Theft of Service) that setup is now on the hotlist so you need to try again..
At least they didn't brick your modem like CC does every so often...lol
