TWC Socal down, have log can anyone help to see. - mo0mo0 - 22-06-2012

TWC in garden grove area seem to have updated to a new security features, another clone using the same exact config in anaheim area still working fine. Im posting a telnet log can anyone check to see what am I missing to get it working again.

ya i figured that so i stoped the force config, also i checked tftp enforce bypass now the modem is operational except no internet connection getting an automatic provisioning page with uknown mac showing.

Having some what the same issue this is coming from working fine from 6 months and then dropped where it says operational and it will take me to an automated page for activation and to fix it I did a factory reset now it gets stuck on scanning and sometimes stuck on establishing ip config heres the even log if someone can help

Sorry for asking late but I have looked through the forums and I cant really understand what to do so any help will be appreciated
if anymore info is need will be happy to post more
Having some what the same issue this is coming from working fine from 6 months and then dropped where it says operational and it will take me to an automated page for activation and to fix it I did a factory reset now it gets stuck on scanning and sometimes stuck on establishing ip config heres the even log if someone can help also I have no idea what are the frequencys because the factory reset took them out I have tried the 331000000 and 339000000 and a couple others and didn't help

Your signal levels are shitty and out of spec. Try to solve your signal issues first.

Downstream level must be between +15 to - 15 Dbmv yours is -21.3
Upstream level must be between 43 to 52 Dbmv yours is 55.2

im assuming it has to do with the coax cable but now i am -18.1dBmV and Us 52.4 dBmB any tips on how to reduce the 18 ? the only difference is i took it to the source rather than the splitter
ok good news it went operational and i went to google fine but i transfered the modem back to my living room and it said operational again but now it takes me back to elb02 automated page is it the coax or comp ?
