SBtools save function use ? - redwolf - 24-01-2012

I have used SBtools on my 2MB dumps to verify the serial # and mac address. What does the save function do ? when I click on "save" I get a
"can not connect to modem" . I have the jtag cable connected to modem.
Should I also have the ethernet cable connected also.

You an use sbtools to inject certs from a 2mb dump or from a nonvol/cert. Only bcm 3348 be injected to another bcm 3348 chip modem. Not all nonvol will work so you need to test by trial and error.
