IS there any other method of getting valid certs with a matching mac other then getting it from a subbed modem

i would like to know methods to get certs and macs as well too please... i can get macs but i dont know how to get certs as well...

I used fast certs to get certs they were in text format
then
I used certtxt to get them converted to files just
that once they are converted they come in folders label with Mac address
that don't Mach the cm.cer or ca.cer files and if I enter the files that are in the info
txt they work but if I use the certs they don't work at all if anybody can help he
I can send them a some cert
