Maybe you didnt have disable updates checked. Your ISP may be able to detect your modem type, especially with all their security upgrades, mostly focused at Haxorware. You may have brought up a cached paged when you managed to get there previously. You can determine if you're being redirected by opening Internet explorer and checking the settings under the connections tab to see if there's a proxy enabled and an address with port listed. If so, disable it if you can. Save, exit and try the Haxorware address once more. Do not restart the PC, since the proxy server address may be placed back by what ever malware you may have on your PC.
