They don't even have 3.0 running everywhere yet. 3.1 will have even more holes I suspect. Just look go on over to cisco.com and take a look at ALL of the available security features the ISP's have access to and then compare what your ISP actually implements on their networks....The more they use the higher the training needed to run the network. Do you think for a minute that Comcast is going to pay an army of Cisco certified engineers to run their network??? No way in f ing hell!!! they treat their employeees wayyyy worse than they treat their customers. Docscis 3.1 is not going to affect a real tester!
