So you're telling me that in some areas, one of the Admins has to actually log in and set your parameters? The rest just get thrown into the fish pool with only 10 gallons of water? I remember many years ago when Time Warner was Road Runner, we would have to call them and get our nic mac provisioned. I wonder why they stopped that... to cumbersome I suppose. |
