first you need to mod your provisioned CM and make a full backup for safety before you start extr. nonvol.

Make and model of your provisioned CM?
Is it D2 or D3? If D3 then I would be very careful! D3 are not as easy to work with! hope this helped!

Arris + D3 = Tough cookie to crack! I have only worked on Motorola SB. (5100, 5101, 6120). I am sorry I could not help you any further! someone here may be able too.

d3 arris are spi (as far as i know) so you'll need an spi flasher to dump it

So if I was ever even able to mod it to haxorware is the point of me doing this so that I can like download all the files i need from it to create a "NonVol"

Well...Use Hex Editor and ply out the certs and then re-inject them into the 5101

i have arris tg1682g and would like if someone could explain or point me in the right direction in order to edit the files and push them to the modem any help is appreciated
