for some reason i thought you was using valid certs, if your not then yes this may be the reason
still it's a strange response from the ctms

I got the sub modem 2mb dump. how do I get the nonvol to get the cert extract. I read yr other post, but got to the part on winhex comparing the 2mb bin and the cfg file, then got cut off dont know what other step u took.
