If tom's utility not work, try sk 120 (from ForoCable.com)

haha thanks guys but I was able to just fix my old modem by going on SBHacker and doing some reading... lol the wonders of reading something.. But yeah it was easy..

yes, this is an error when you try running it on a 64 bit OS
Use a 32 bit OS and you will be fine
