It's also working fine in other places.

Thats the problem...

Get a new test setup. that one is on too many cmts' databases now.

Depends entirely upon the ISP and how well they mind the store. Smaller ISP's can be very efficient at in house security. It mainly depends upon who is running security and how many features are enabled. There are so many variables that affect it that you can find holes where you would never think to look using method(s) that you would never believe until you saw it happen...My area has been fully upgraded for some time now, and different things work in different neighborhoods...you won't know for sure until you test to find out.
