you cant scan for certs on time warner anymore what doesn't anyone get about it. its pointless. just be grateful for the internet you do have

to answer your question; no, fastcert is not good, and neither is any other scanner.

to answer your question; no, fastcert is not good, and neither is any other scanner.

If you can use Solarwinds to sniff out the encrypted private key and decrypt that, you can supply FastCert a good key to scan with.

The tricky part is getting on the network when you're off it to even do this. Again this requires a subbed modem and/or friends/family living elsewhere.
