Motorola SB5101E every led is light but don't work cfv problem[Hungary] - szeba - 17-06-2014

Dear every body!

I would like to learn this modem use and I have some question/problem.

Yesterday I am online with this modem (Motorola SB5101E) but today the not.

When i connect with LAN cabel the modem without coax cabel work fine ( i can connect putty, browser), but when i connect the coax cabel the telnet and browser lost the connection. All led is light but no internet connection.

I think the problem the config file but i don't know where can i download or how create this which good for my country.

You can't edit config files without knowing the secret md5 key at least in the majority of ISP's, and for getting certs and configs you should read the forums and search for answers.

I have a cfg only I need these. I can't read this the ISP's modem somehow?

Learn a lot - szeba - 14-07-2014

So I am back and read a lot.
But I try the fastcert and tftp32 that i donwload the config file my isp. Unfortunatly is not too succses.
I looked my snmp and tftp server ip and port number by my old config file.
When i try donwload the cfg the tftp server alway drop an error.
fastcert programs don't found anything.
I think my ISP don't use separately certificate probably the cert include the cfg

How can i download the config file the ISP modem without hack? It's possible?
And if it's possible can you give me a link or write it down step by step?

I attached the log when i disabled the cfg force.

When i use the disabled mod i can donwloade one config but when i use it isn't work.
