RE: FIXING A RAM - drewmerc - 20-12-2011 i have done it with a shitty iron and it's no fun and you will fuck it up the first few times (i did, i was forever lifting traces) with a hot air station its very easy hold the hot air over it and just lift it off i suggest you get a cheap clone 2in1 station (hot air and soldering iron) and you will wonder how you did any soldering before soldering is now a pleasure, were as before it was a chore RE: FIXING A RAM - GBABY4201 - 20-12-2011 lol haha i gots ya let me make a fine point tip first..im ordering some solder wick.. and some 0.6 solder i think thats the small stuff right.....??????
